Malcolm is a Director and co-founder of bradham360 Ltd, providers of strategic advice and consultancy to the Print and Document Services Industry.
Prior to joining bradham360, Malcolm spent 17 years with Gartner as a Principal Analyst and program manager for Gartner’s European Print Markets and Management Team. Malcolm was responsible for leading and guiding Gartner Research efforts on a diverse range of subjects related to print, covering most recently the effects of the economic downturn on the print market and the impact of Green legislation on the print market. He was also responsible for establishing Gartners worldwide forecasting methodologies for print hardware and coverage of Managed Print services markets in EMEA.
Malcolm is a respected and sought after speaker at leading Conferences around the world, speaking at Gartner Symposia in Europe, as well as at focussed events in Japan and the USA, he has regularly presented at events and conferences as a keynote speaker for leading IT Vendors and Channel partners.
Malcolm joined Garner from McDonnell Douglas Information Systems (now Northgate) where he held a number of positions in its Research and Development organisation and its Strategic and Product Marketing departments, as a Product Marketing Manager for Computer Peripherals.

Matt Marshall

Matt is Programme Director for bradham360's EMEA Printers, Multifunctional Peripherals, Imaging Solutions, and Managed services and has responsibility for all areas of peripherals research encompassing hardware, software and solutions.
Previously Matt managed IDC's EMEA imaging services research group for 8 years.Prior to joining IDC, Matt spent over four years as principal analyst on InfoQuest Europe's Electronic Office Imaging Service before taking up the position of senior analyst with CAP Ventures, where he contributed to the European Converging Digital Peripherals Service, researching and consulting on printer, copier, facsimile, scanner, and document solutions software markets throughout Western, Central, and Eastern Europe.
Matt joined IDC from NRG Group, where he held the position of marketing planning manager for EMEA, and India. In this role he had responsibility for market research, knowledge management, strategic planning, and all Internet-based activities for printer, copier, fax, scanner, digital duplicator, and networked document solutions sales for the group, which was part of the Ricoh Group of Companies.
Matt is a globally recognised authority on the Print & Imaging industries and a widely recognised speaker – having presented in Europe, the US, Continental Africa and the Far East.
Matt holds a BA degree in international business and marketing.

Michelle Ryder

Michelle is responsible for managing bradham360 client events from conception through to completion. She has many years experience in B2B and B2C marketing communications across a blue-chip client base and has worked in an event management and consultancy capacity for a number of businesses in a variety of sectors. Her responsibilities include co-ordinating, managing and overseeing seminars, conferences, fundraisers and all other events.

Ken Harper

Ken has 37yrs experience in the office equipment market, commencing with seven years at Rank Xerox UK, before moving to Nashua Corporation, which later became NRG Group (part of the Ricoh Group). In his time with NRG Group Ken was responsible for successfully recruiting, managing and motivating an international distribution network of over 100 outlets on 3 continents.
Ken's experience at Ricoh covers marketing and sales in the Middle East, Africa, Western Europe - and specific responsibility for opening up the Eastern European markets. During this time, Ricoh saw a continued annual growth above industry level and was highly profitable with double digit return on capital. For the last fifteen years Ken operated as the International Marketing Director for the whole operation, with responsibility for developing the strategy and action plans of moving from analogue to digital and then adding printers and software to the range of products across the network of over 100 distributors on 3 continents.
Since leaving NRG (Ricoh Group) Ken has been doing independent consultancy work for vendors and independent international distributors seeking help in meeting new business challenges.
Ken has now joined bradham360 Ltd as an associate consultant, adding valuable expertise in developing markets and channel expansion to our already considerable experience.
