Brian Caplen has been Editor of The Banker since 2003. He joined the Financial Times Group from Euromoney in 2000 where he was Executive Editor of Euromoney magazine for five years. He also worked as a business editor and journalist in Hong Kong and the Middle East for 10 years. He has travelled extensively and done numerous high level interviews with prime ministers, finance ministers, central bank governors and senior executives. He has a first class honours degree in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia.
Malcolm Hancock is a Director and co-founder of bradham360 Ltd, providers of strategic advice and consultancy to the Print and Document Services Industry.
Richard Thompson is the Managing Director of Pitney Bowes Management Services, where he is responsible for the company's overall performance in the UK and Republic of Ireland, measured in terms of Customer Value, Employee Value and Shareholder Value.
Richard is a member of a number of Leadership Forums within Pitney Bowes and is regularly asked to commentate on industry issues. He joined Pitney Bowes Management Services in 2005 and has 20 years experience in senior management roles gained principally within a Sales and Marketing environment.

Previously Matt managed IDC's EMEA imaging services research group for 8 years.Prior to joining IDC, Matt spent over four years as principal analyst on InfoQuest Europe's Electronic Office Imaging Service before taking up the position of senior analyst with CAP Ventures, where he contributed to the European Converging Digital Peripherals Service, researching and consulting on printer, copier, facsimile, scanner, and document solutions software markets throughout Western, Central, and Eastern Europe.
